GDSL-A-5000A/10V  Single Phase Primary Current Injection Test  Set uses a PLC and a 19-inch industrial tablet computer as its control system, enabling both manual and automatic temperature rise testing. This test device can output a single-phase current of 5000A and collect data from 16 temperature sensors. It displays the collected temperature and current data in the form of graphs and can export the data as a CSV file for easy analysis and processing on a computer. The device also features comprehensive protection measures.

    • For different loads, manual reactive power compensation can be achieved.

    • When overcurrent and other faults occur, the protection is immediate, accurate and reliable;

    • The combination of hardware and software anti-interference technology has stable performance and strong anti-interference ability. There will be no abnormal phenomena such as freezing, black screen and flower screen during the test.

    • It has two methods: fully automatic testing and manual testing. For fully automatic testing, you only need to simply set the test current, time and recording step length, and it has an automatic current stabilization system. The system tracks the target current, automatically adjusts and balances the single-phase output voltage and current, and can automatically record the current, voltage and temperature sensor data of each channel, which can be exported to generate common electronic report formats.

    • When the ambient temperature and the internal temperature of the equipment are too high, the panel fan switch can be turned on to dissipate heat from the equipment;

    • Manual reactive power compensation can be achieved for different loads.
